Agreement overview
This agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Parrot Media, hereinafter referred to as the “Company,” and you, hereinafter referred to as the “Client.”
Services
The Company agrees to provide web design services to the Client as outlined in the subscription plan selected by the Client
The company agrees to provide one or a selection of the services listed below, depending on the service selected by the Client.
- Website services
- Web Hosting
- Domain Names
- Marketing Support and literature
Please note, this list is not exhaustive.
Subscription and payment
- The Client agrees to pay the monthly subscription fee as specified in the chosen subscription plan or, the one off item charge
- Payment is due on a recurring basis for subscription services, and the Client authorizes the Company to charge the provided payment method.
- Payment is due at point of sale for services that are not on a subscription basis.
Term and termination
- The initial term of this Agreement is 1 month, commencing on the date of subscription.
- For non subscription items the initial term is as laid out in that services details.
- Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice of 30 days.
- The Company reserves the right to terminate the subscription immediately for non-payment or violation of the terms outlined herein.
Cancellation Policy
- The Client may cancel the subscription at any time by providing written notice to the Company.
- Cancellation requests received before the next billing cycle will be effective at the end of that billing cycle.
- No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

Intellectual property
- The Client retains the intellectual property rights to the website provided by the Company.
- Upon cancellation, the Client retains the right to use the delivered website, but the Company will no longer provide web hosting and any other related support in regard of a website package.
- Upon cancellation, the Client will need to arrange for the Website to be transferred to a new provider if they wish to continue use of the website provided.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the engagement.
Limitation of Liability
The Company’s liability for any damages arising from the services provided is limited to the total amount paid by the Client in the three months preceding the claim.
Miscellaneous
Changes to these terms and conditions require written consent from both parties.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
By subscribing to our web design services or purchasing a one off service, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
