Cancellation Policy

Introduction

We would hate to lose you, however sometimes all great things come to an end. But before we part ways, we may be able to help you and continue supporting your business. As a small business we pride ourselves in providing a personal service, so if we can do something better to carry on supporting you then please reach out to us via the contact details below.

Right to cancel

  1. Clients have the right to cancel their subscription service at any time.
  2. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to hello@parrotmedia.co.uk

Cancellation process

  1. To cancel a subscription service, clients must send an email to hello@parrotmedia.co.uk with the subject line “Cancellation Request.”
  2. The email must include the client’s full name, subscription details, and a brief reason for cancellation.

Effective date of cancellation

  1. Cancellations received before the next billing cycle will be effective at the end of that billing cycle. 
  2. The client will not be billed for any subsequent billing cycles after the effective cancellation date.

Refunds

  1. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.
  2. Clients will be responsible for any outstanding charges incurred up to the effective cancellation date.
  3. Clients are entitled to a full refund, if a subscription service is cancelled within 30 days from date of purchase.

Confirmation of Cancellation

  1. The Company will confirm the cancellation via email within 1-2 working days.
  2. Clients are advised to retain this confirmation for their records.

Re-enrolment

  1. Clients may re-enrol in the subscription service at any time following cancellation.
  2. Re-enrolment may be subject to current subscription rates and terms.

Changes to Cancellation Policy

The Company reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at its discretion.

Refunds for other services

For services provided by the Company that are not a subscription, the company does not offer a refund policy. However, in limited circumstances the Company reserves the right to offer a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill, this is at the discretion of the Company and is dependant on the circumstances of the refund request.
